PT in the D is now scheduling in-person training based on demand.
All sessions are currently individual one on one training (or same household) sessions.
We hope to resume our semi-private training in the near future.
Our focus is to continue to keep everyone that comes into the studio as safe as possible with all the proper social distancing and cleaning protocols.
If you are not quite ready to come into the gym yet, we are still offering select virtual training sessions as well.

At PT In The D, we're giving you the chance to train alongside people of all different backgrounds and skill sets. We have complete beginners working out alongside lifelong athletes. We offer different options for different needs as well!

Dual Training

Dual training resembles one on one training in that you will come in for an initial assessment to determine your needs based on your goals, health history, exercise experience, etc.  After the assessment we will put you on an exercise program that will be designed for your individual needs.  But we understand not everyone can afford the cost of individual personal training. 

The "dual" option allows you to work out with another client which helps decrease your cost, all while engaging you with a workout partner during your sessions. You can sign-up with someone you know, or get put into any of the regular dual training openings that are available at that time. This option of training allows you to get some one on one attention attention and instruction from a personal trainer, while sharing the space with a client that is as motivated as you are!

Semi-Private Personal Training

Our semi-private training option is an excellent way to get into a habit of working out with a trainer with the help of others.  Come train with groups of 3-6 participants where you will be put through circuit training style routines that are still monitored for each participant’s success.  Use your peers as motivation while being put through results driven workouts led by a certified personal trainer. Contact us for more information on joining a semi-private group. New groups are now being formed, but space is limited.
