Love working out with Robert at PT in the D. I’ve been working out with him over a year now and feel stronger and better physically. He makes the workouts interesting and challenging and pushes me even when I don’t necessarily want him to. But also accommodates and adjusts when things don’t feel right. I've spent more than 3 years with Sean in PT in the D in the semi private groups, if I didn't have to move out of town, I would still continue with him. Since day 1 Sean has been great with me and helping me focus on my goals and adjust my workouts accordingly. He also helps and gives great advice regarding diet and nutrition. I made significant improvement during those years that I would not have reached without PT in the D.

I work out with Sean and he is amazing. I came to him with a stretch goal of building strength and muscle in 6 months. He built out a program for me that was tough and got the job done. I met my goal and I decided to continue working with him for going on 2 years now. He is knowledgeable and hyper focused on your goals as well as your overall health. He is flexible, takes feedback well, and makes adjustments based on your changing needs. The PT in the D facilities are great, semi-private, and in a perfect location downtown Detroit. So glad I found them.
