PT in the D is now scheduling in-person training based on demand.
All sessions are currently individual one on one training (or same household) sessions.
We hope to resume our semi-private training in the near future.
Our focus is to continue to keep everyone that comes into the studio as safe as possible with all the proper social distancing and cleaning protocols.
If you are not quite ready to come into the gym yet, we are still offering select virtual training sessions as well.

One year ago this month, none of us really knew what was going to transpire or how impactful Covid would be on our day to day lives. Even through a year like no other, there were many that were able to successfully manage some of the ups and downs! 


This is Ann's story....

"I started working out with PT in the D about one year ago. I was struggling with some knee issues at the time. From the beginning, I felt very comfortable with Sean and was just getting used to things…. and then COVID hit. For the months that they were closed, Sean sent me workouts for me to do at home. He kept in touch to see how things were progressing, as well. Sometime last summer, we started working out outside at a park near the riverfront. We were able to stay safe but still get good workouts in…all in a beautiful setting. As soon as it started getting cooler, we were safely able to move back inside. 

Throughout this time, I have been able to stay consistent with my workouts and have added on cardio workouts at home. Sean has been very patient and sensitive to issues with my knee, covid restrictions and my always changing work schedule. I feel like with each workout, he always pushes me just enough. Our workouts have quickly become something that I look forward to each week. I feel very grateful for the opportunity to work out with PT and the D and for the changes that they have helped me achieve in my life."
