I believe science-based sports nutrition should be available to everyone – not just the pros. I’m a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, specialized in performance nutrition and healthy aging, who brings more than a decade of experience coaching clients of all ages.

As a former college athlete and busy mom myself, I love all foods, baking, skiing, cycling, and helping clients live their best lives well fed.


I founded ActivEnergy Nutrition to provide practical and personalized nutrition coaching to athletes and active adults through a whole person, plant-forward, all-foods-fit approach. I work collaboratively with my clients to equip them with evidence-based guidance and flexible strategies so they can perform better, age healthfully, plan meals practically, and achieve a better relationship with food.
