Dedication to family and career may be 1 and 1A for Melissa as it should be, but she's proven for many years that doesn't mean health and fitness needs to be left far behind. Not many people pack more into a busy day and still show up week after week trying to put as much effort as possible into each workout. We continued to be impressed with, and appreciative of her continued dedication.
Here is a small piece about her journey...
I started working out with Robert at PT in the D almost eight years ago. Throughout the years, Robert has adjusted my workout routines to keep them fresh, efficient, and relevant to whatever was happening in my life and with my health needs. When I first started, Robert helped me build overall strength and muscle to be a healthy working parent of two kids. As I aged into my 40s, he adjusted my workout routines to accommodate injuries and my demanding work schedule. Throughout the pandemic, he evolved his business and personal training approaches to provide creative, fun, virtual workouts at home for me, my husband, and even my kids! Most recently, we have asked Robert to help us organize positive, healthy workouts for our teenage son that will build his confidence and love for exercise. Robert and PT in the D has helped me keep strong, balanced, and healthy throughout the years - benefitting me, my family, and my work. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without him!
