To kick off 2024, we felt it was only right to celebrate the official mark of PT in the D turning 10! We appreciate all the support that everyone has shown these past 10 years and continue to thank the 11 clients that were with us since that first year in 2014. To have a little fun, we took a poll of the group of veteran clients. We wanted to find out some common favorite & least favorite exercises around the studio, as well as what they might do if they decided not to show up for one of their regular workouts. Here is what we heard back.....

1. A common theme of the most liked exercises around the studio are chest presses. While it can be challenging, there is a great feeling of accomplishment and strength with being able to control and push a heavy dumbbell around! Not so surprising this was a favorite since it's also nice to lay down on your back for a bit in the workout! :)

2. The least favorite was by far and away a landslide for the Airbike. Pretty much across the board it's been said that if the Airbike does break down at any point, they would prefer it not be fixed! If there was ever one piece of equipment to go away, it sounds like this would be the one for many of our clients. 

3. The thought of doing something different during their regular workout times was much less unanimous, and also telling. But if they ever skip a session, you may find some of our clients (and this is in their own words) "At a coffee shop or eating croissants at Cannelle, in a donut shop along Woodward, having drinks with friends, watching netflix, or out boating on the lake."  With those responses, it's safe to say regular accountability can go a long way to keep everyone out of trouble!
