Join us on Tuesday, November 5th at 9:15PM for some election day stress relief.

We will be holding a 30-minute recovery session including light stretching, foam rolling, and relaxation with the focus on stress relief after a hectic day and high tensions around the election. All you need is a comfortable spot at home and a foam roller. Anyone is welcome to attend.
