Although the weather has not quite started to cool yet, it is almost October! We are excited to get our next fall challenge started! We've outlined the basics below, but if you are a client and would like more information about this year's challenge, don't hesitate to email ptinthed@gmail.com! Get moving with some walking and fall activities to give yourself a chance to win.
All clients are welcome to participate in our next challenge “Fall into Fitness” 2025.
This year’s challenge begins Sunday, October 12th and runs four weeks, ending on Saturday, November 8th.
Here’s how it works:
Sign Up: Email ptinthed@gmail.com if you would like to participate.
Earn points by Completing Activities: Complete various designated activities and exercises throughout the month and log each activity as you go. Check out the image below to see what you can do this fall to stay moving as part of the challenge!
Go the Extra Mile!!!: Some activities can be completed multiple times, which means you can earn extra chances to win our final raffle prizes!
At the end of the challenge, all "leaves" collected throughout the challenge will be used as raffle tickets. You give yourself a chance to win even if you only complete one of the tasks, so do as much as you can and you never know when you might be the lucky winner! Three winners will be drawn and will enjoy some great prizes.
