Starting out a new year with healthy habits in mind is common, with resolutions being top of mind this time of year. Starting with habits you can build on and create some positive energy towards a healthy 2026 will allow you worry less about the end goal or resolution and start simple with a few sustainable habits. Join us for a little extra accountability to start the year, just read below to find out all the details.
We're excited to introduce a '3-Week Tune Up' to begin 2026 designed to help you ramp things up in a sustainable way. Over these three weeks, we’ll focus on the foundations that matter most: movement, nutrition, and recovery. By signing up, you are committing to giving your best effort on a few simple tasks each week to help you start 2026 on the right track, with a little extra motivation and accountability from us along the way!
Anyone can join and get the extra accountability to begin 2026. Email ptinthed@gmail.com to get on the email list and we will send all the necessary recovery exercises to choose from and logs the first week of January before the tune-up officially begins January 11th.
Week 1: January 11-17
Choose 4 recovery exercises to do 3x a week outside of gym sessions at PT in the D. Enter what you complete into the log provided.
Week 2: January 18-24
Continue doing the 4 recovery exercises to do 3x a week outside of gym sessions at PT in the D
Eat 2 fruit and 2 vegetable servings and drink 72oz of water 5 days a week (also use log provided)
Week 3: January 25-31
Continue doing the 4 recovery exercises to do 3x a week outside of gym sessions at PT in the D
Continue to eat 2 fruit and 2 vegetable servings and drink 72oz of water 5 days a week.
Complete at-home workout provided by PT in the D 1x.
