I've been doing virtual group workouts with Robert since 2020. It's been one of the few consistent forms of exercise I've been able to keep up throughout various ups and downs of the last few years. Robert has been an amazing trainer, tailoring my workouts to respond to various phases--injuries, pregnancy/postpartum, etc. I've also really appreciated the fun challenges PT in the D offers.
